
Robert Sullivan was born in Yonkers, New York. At the age of 11, he came to know Christ as his Savior while attending Daily Vacation Bible School at Bethany Chapel in Yonkers. Shortly thereafter, he joined the meeting and has been in fellowship ever since.
Rob is a graduate of Emmaus Bible College (Biblical Studies) and the University of Notre Dame (Finance and Business Economics). From 1996 thru 2014, he worked at Morgan Stanley, achieving the title of Executive Director and Information Risk Officer. His accomplishments include helping to launch the Information Security Office and the Information Risk Oversight functions and overseeing all security integration matters related to the Global Wealth Management Group’s merger with Smith Barney. During the Iraq War, he also served as liaison for the Army with the United States Marine Corps and its economic development programs in Iraq.
Rob joined the staff of Legacy Ministry Services in January of 2015 as President, after serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 2011.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys serving through leadership in various ministries. In 2003, Rob founded Christian Evidences Ministries, an apologetics and Bible-exposition-based ministry. Rob serves as President of the Board of Associates for Biblical Research, an archaeological and scientific society dedicated to demonstrating the historical reliability of the Bible. He is Board Chairman for School Ministries, Inc., an organization that helps local fellowships reach nearly 50,000 public school children with Bible teaching and Gospel truth. He serves as a Treasurer of the Perrin Foundation, a charitable trust supporting assembly-related ministries. And, Rob is a Trustee of the Stewards Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping assemblies obtain low-cost mortgages and assisting eligible, full-time commended workers and their families with their healthcare expenses.
Rob is an avid skier and hiker (and he loves chocolate ice cream).

Jon Glock was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was raised in a Christian home and trusted in the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior at an early age.
Jon received his undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies from Emmaus Bible College in 1991. He studied at Dallas Theological Seminary and received an M.A. in Biblical Studies in 1994. Since that time, Jon served in both youth and adult ministries at College Heights Chapel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. In 2005 He moved to Dubuque to serve full time at Emmaus Bible College. Jon served in various capacities at Emmaus including Vice President for Student Development and most recently he held the position of Vice President for Advancement.
He currently serves as board chair at Horton Haven Christian Camp and also serves on the board of the Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry.
In April of 2018 Jon began serving as a Trust Officer for Legacy Ministry Services. Jon greatly enjoys connecting and interacting with people and counts it a privilege to represent Legacy nationally by sharing with individuals, local churches and ministries about matters of stewardship and services offered.
He maintains a dynamic itinerant preaching ministry as he frequents camps and conferences across North America. Jon and his wife, Kati, are the proud parents of Anna Kate and Jonathan David and are owners of a labradoodle named Wrigley. The Glocks, sometimes known as G-Force, love to travel together and are dedicated fans of the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers.

Allan Dunlap was born in Allentown, PA and was raised in the Tampa Bay area of FL where he grew up attending Land O’ Lakes Bible Chapel. He came to know his Savior at the age of 14 while attending Camp Horizon in Leesburg, FL.
Allan graduated from Clearwater Christian College in 2015 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and moved to Dearborn, MI to work for Jackson Dawson, a creative marketing agency. While at Jackson Dawson, he worked with brands such as Ford Motor Company, Converse, and Mercedes Benz, until he left the company in late 2020 to join Legacy Ministry Services in January of 2021.
Allan continues to reside in Dearborn and attends Dunning Park Bible Chapel in Redford, MI. He actively serves the Lord by speaking at chapels around the country, being involved in camp ministry, and assisting ministries in their marketing initiatives. His favorite activities include rock climbing, playing and watching a variety of sports, hanging out with his cat named Steve, and outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.

Glen Deligdisch was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. In January 1974, Glen experienced his second birth when he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. He has enjoyed fellowship with various assemblies for more than 50 years. Currently, Glen and his wife are actively attending Fairbluff Bible Chapel in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Glen’s first degree was a Bachelor’s degree in Missionary Aviation Technology, received from Moody Bible Institute in 1985. In 2007, he received his second Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
In 1988, Glen and Ruth were commended to the Lord’s work, commencing eleven years of service with JAARS, the aviation division of Wycliffe Bible Translators. This missionary commitment led them to the Philippines from 1989 – 1996. Glen worked as a pilot and mechanic, serving the missionary community and the local people.
Following the years with Wycliffe, Glen returned to his second love: accounting. He functioned as controller in several small manufacturing businesses for almost twenty years. Glen is a licensed North Carolina CPA.
Glen has a heart for service. He is the Treasurer, a deacon, and has helped as an elder at Fairbluff. Glen is active as a speaker and teacher of God’s Word. Many hours have been spent using his diverse set of skills to maintain and improve the chapel and assembly camps. Thrilled at the opportunity to expand his service to God’s people, Glen joined Legacy Ministry Services as Comptroller in May of 2020.

Reeba James was born in Kerala, India and immigrated to the United States at the age of eight. She was raised in a Christian home and came to trust the Lord Jesus at a young age while attending Vacation Bible School.
In 2017, Reeba graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Technology, focusing on Finance and Information Systems. Before coming to Legacy Ministry Services, she worked as an Associate Business Analyst for Scholastic’s Software and Technology Services division and later as a Stewardship Coordinator for Stevens Institute of Technology.
Reeba joined Legacy in July of 2018 as Junior Staff Accountant. She is thrilled to be working for an organization that serves alongside believers to effectively steward the resources the Lord has entrusted to them.
Reeba lives in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and is in fellowship with the saints at Maplewood Bible Chapel. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling overseas, and working with kids.

Megan MacLeod was born in McKinney, TX, moving shortly thereafter with her family to Oak Park, IL, and then Dubuque, IA, where her father became a professor of theology at Emmaus Bible College. Megan graduated from the University of Iowa summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Megan has assisted in the library of Emmaus Bible College for over a decade. She is also principal instructor at the Academy of Ballet in Dubuque, where she has taught since 2005.
Megan began working for Legacy Ministry Services in March of 2017 as an Administrative Assistant.
